LODGING

A block of rooms will be held at the Hotel Nikko at a special reduced rate for GCYF Annual Conference participants.

Online: Use the direct Reservation Link for GCYF or go to www.hotelnikkosf.com, enter dates of stay in “Reservations” box and click SUBMIT. Enter in “Group Code”: SGYCFV

Deposit & Early Departure Fees: In order to confirm a room assignment, the Hotel Nikko will require a first night’s deposit equal to one night room and tax, refundable up to three (3) days prior to arrival date.

At check-in, the front desk will verify your check-out date. In the event a guest checks out prior to the guest's reserved check-out date, the hotel will charge an early departure fee of $50 to that guest's individual account. Guests wishing to avoid an early check-out fee should advise the Hotel Nikko at or before check-in of any change in planned length of stay.

Cancellation Policy: Reservations must be cancelled by 4:00pm PST on the day prior to arrival to avoid a one night penalty charge.

Flights & Airport Ground Transportation
GCYF advises attendees to book their flights early. Making flight reservations now may help ensure that attendees get a better fare and make fewer connections during their trip. From the two area airports, San Francisco International and Oakland International, the Hotel Nikko can be reached by taxi, shuttle or the trains of the Bay Area Rapid Transit District (BART). Local Transportation - BART:
San Francisco is also serviced by the rail system ("BART") operated by the Bay Area Rapid Transit District (BART). Hotel Nikko is conveniently located two short blocks from BART at the Powell Street station. BART trains leave directly from SFO, and connect with OAK via bus.
